FAST Practice Schedule
2008

Practice Rules: We will attempt to have volunteer board members at each practice. The board members will help keep swimmers inorder and enforce practice rules.

2008 Schedule:
During School Year

Monday - Friday (April 22 - May 30)

Ages 6 and under
Ages 7 and 8
Ages 9 and 10
Ages 11 and 12
Ages 13 and up

4:00 - 4:30 PM
4:30 - 5:30 PM
5:30 - 6:30 PM
6:30 - 7:30 PM
7:30 - 8:30 PM

No practice May 16 - prior to first meet
No Practice May 26 - Holiday
Picture Day - May 12. Individual pictures 4:30 PM and Group picture at 6:00 PM. Rain day - May 19.
Practice Schedule after School is Out
Monday thru Thursday  (June 2- June 19 )

Ages 13 & up
Ages 11 & 12
Ages 8 and under
Ages 9 and 10

5:00 - 6:00 PM
6:00 - 7:00 PM
Fridays ( June 6 - June 20 )

Practices for Swimmers in Novice, Reserve, and Champ Meets are the same as above unless otherwise notified.

Rules:

1. Arrive on time for your assigned practice session. Starting practice late or in the middle of the session distracts other swimmers and the coaches.

2. Do not leave the gated pool until your ride home arrives.

3. No other children except swimmers practicing with the session are allowed in the pool. (Even in the shallow end.)

4. No horseplay, such as running, diving, or pushing persons into the pool.

5. No use of profanity or other vulgar expressions.

6. No fighting or hitting.

7. Listen to and obey all instructions of the coaches.

8. Perform the practice workout routine (sets) instructed by the coaches.

9. Coaches will remove any distruptive swimmer from the pool for a time out.
